1. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to fund the Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP). This HEIP project is implemented by Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS). The Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) is one of the project implementers among other five universities and institutions. The Royal University of Agriculture intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for goods Supply, Delivery and Installation of goods.

2. The Royal University of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, deliver and install of three packages below. This is required to supply, delivery and install of 120 calendar days after project issues notification of proceed.
